Our consulting firm was started in 1999 as a response to a simple insight. Managers know that motivating and developing employees can give a business an enormous competitive edge, but they don’t know how to do it. As psychologists in business we saw our mission as one of helping managers develop their skills in understanding, developing and motivating themselves and their co-workers.
